Chicken and Eagle

I just watched one of your short videos (from your book, Choices and Illusions) on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/user/progressiveawareness). How inspiring! I feel like I want to go out and start helping people. I've been walking around for so long like a "chicken", and want to soar like an Eagle.
